- Your full name, business name, phone number, and email address will be visible to clients who request your services
- Your professional information (years of experience, specializations, license number, service areas) will be displayed publicly to potential clients
- Clients can and will directly contact you via phone or email once they submit a service request to you
- You will receive notifications containing complete client contact information including name, phone, email, and detailed property requirements
- Your uploaded verification documents (agent license, business registration) will be reviewed by administrators and may be retained for compliance purposes
⚠️ YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW THIS CONSENT ONCE SUBMITTED. If you wish to stop receiving client requests, you must deactivate your agent account.
For Premium Service Request Clients:
By submitting a premium service request ($49.99), you EXPLICITLY AND IRREVOCABLY CONSENT to the following data sharing:
- Your full name, phone number, and email address will be immediately shared with the verified agent you select
- Your complete property requirements (property type, location, budget range, bedrooms, bathrooms, timeline, and all special requirements) will be visible to the selected agent
- The agent can and will directly contact you via phone or email to assist with your property search
- Your contact information will be retained in the agent's notification dashboard for the duration of your service period (30 days minimum)
⚠️ ONCE SUBMITTED, YOUR INFORMATION IS IMMEDIATELY SHARED WITH THE AGENT. This cannot be undone. The agent will have permanent access to the information you provided in your service request.

- How agents use client contact information
- The quality, legality, or outcome of agent-client communications
- Any disputes, damages, or issues arising from agent-client interactions
